1. Our Service Offer

Spot On Websites offers a 4-page tradie website design service under the following terms:

• Zero deposit: No payment is required to commence the build. You pay nothing today.
• 7-day delivery: We will build your website within 7 business days of receiving your completed onboarding questionnaire.
• Pay-on-approval: You only pay the agreed fee of $500 AUD during your website reveal call, and only if you are satisfied with the result.
• No obligation: If you are not happy with the website after the included revision round, you are under no obligation to pay. We absorb the build cost.

This offer is available to Australian tradie businesses only and is subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit intake to 10 new projects per week.

2. What Is Included

The $500 website package includes:

• A professionally designed 4-page website comprising: Home, About, Services, and Contact pages.
• Mobile-optimised, responsive design.
• Built on WordPress using the Divi theme.
• One (1) round of revisions following the reveal call. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of the reveal call.
• Domain connection (you must own or purchase the domain; approximately $15–20/year from a registrar of your choice).
• Content populated using information and assets provided in your onboarding form. Stock imagery may be used where your own photos are not provided.

The following are not included in the $500 package unless separately agreed in writing:

• Domain registration or renewal fees.
• Ongoing website hosting (available as an optional add-on).
• SEO content writing or posting (available as an optional add-on).
• Pages beyond the 4 included.
• Custom photography or video production.
• E-commerce or online booking functionality.
• Ongoing website maintenance beyond the initial build period.

3. The Reveal Call & Approval Process

Upon completion of your website, we will send you a booking link to schedule your website reveal call (a 20-minute Google Meet session). At this call:

• We will present your completed website.
• You may request revisions (one round included at no charge).
• If you are satisfied with the website, payment of $500 AUD is collected at this stage.
• If you are not satisfied after the revision round, you have no obligation to pay and the project will be considered closed.

If you fail to schedule or attend your reveal call within 30 days of receiving the booking link, we reserve the right to archive the project. Re-activation may require a new onboarding submission.

4. Revisions

One round of revisions is included in the $500 package. A "revision round" means a single consolidated list of change requests submitted after the reveal call. Revision requests must:

• Be submitted in writing (email or via our agreed communication channel) within 7 days of the reveal call.
• Relate to the original scope (layout, copy, colours, images). Requests to add new pages or substantially change the site structure fall outside this scope.

Additional revision rounds beyond the included one may be quoted and invoiced separately at our discretion.

5. Payment

The website fee of $500 AUD (inclusive of GST) is due and payable at the reveal call, upon your approval of the completed website. Payment is to be made via the method presented at the reveal call (bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other agreed method).

Payment constitutes your acceptance of the completed website as satisfactory, and transfers ownership of the website to you, subject to Clause 6 below.

No payment is required or taken prior to the reveal call under normal circumstances.

6. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment of the $500 fee:

• Ownership of the website design and content (specific to your business) transfers to you, the Client.
• We retain the right to display your website in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Prior to payment, all work produced remains the intellectual property of Spot On Websites.

You warrant that all content, images, logos, and other materials you provide to us are owned by you or that you have the legal right to use them. You indemnify us against any claims arising from third-party intellectual property infringement related to content you supply.

Stock images sourced by us on your behalf are licensed for use on your website under the applicable stock library licence. These images may not be used outside of your website without separate licencing.

7. Optional Monthly Services

After your website is live, you may choose to subscribe to one or more of our optional ongoing services:

Monthly services are charged in advance and billed on a calendar-month basis. You may cancel any monthly service by providing 30 days' written notice to hello@spotonwebsites.com.au. No refunds are issued for the current billing period upon cancellation.

If you subscribe to hosting services, your website will be hosted on our servers. Upon cancellation of hosting, we will provide you with a full export of your website files within 14 days.

8. Client Responsibilities

To allow us to deliver your website within the 7-day timeframe, you agree to:

• Complete the onboarding questionnaire accurately and in full.
• Provide any requested assets (logo, photos, etc.) promptly.
• Be available for your reveal call within a reasonable timeframe after receiving your booking link.
• Respond to revision or feedback requests within 7 days.

Delays caused by the Client (e.g. late provision of assets or failure to complete the onboarding form) may result in delivery timeframes being extended. The 7-day delivery guarantee applies from the date of full onboarding completion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian consumer law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, your website.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in question.
• We make no guarantee of specific business results (such as increased leads, sales, or Google rankings) from the use of your website.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be legally limited or excluded.

10. Warranties & Consumer Guarantees

Our services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of service, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

We warrant that our services will be rendered with due care and skill, and that the completed website will be fit for the purpose described — a professional online presence for your tradie business.

11. Confidentiality

We treat all business information you provide to us as confidential and will not share it with third parties except as necessary to deliver your website or as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

Either party may withdraw from the project prior to the reveal call at any time. Because no payment is taken upfront, there is no financial penalty for either party in the event of cancellation before the reveal call.

After payment has been made and the website delivered, these Terms continue to govern your use of any ongoing services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. For ongoing monthly services, we will provide 14 days' notice of any material changes. Continued use of our services after that notice period constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
